Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of commercialcleanrs.com (the "Site") and the matching service offered through it by Prospectr Marketing, Inc., operating as Commercial Cleanrs ("Commercial Cleanrs," "we," "us"). By using the Site or submitting a form you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. What Commercial Cleanrs does

Commercial Cleanrs operates a network of independent commercial cleaning companies ("Partners"). When a business submits a request through the Site, we route it to one Partner whose stated specialty, service area, and capacity fit the request. The Partner contacts the business directly to schedule a consultation and, if both sides agree, to provide cleaning services under the Partner's own agreement.

We are not a cleaning company. We do not perform, supervise, price, or guarantee cleaning services. We do not employ Partner staff. Any agreement for cleaning services is solely between you and the Partner.

2. Cost to businesses

Submitting a request and taking a consultation are free for businesses, and there is no obligation to hire the matched Partner. Commercial Cleanrs is compensated by Partners in the network. You may request a different match at any time by emailing [email protected].

3. Partners are independent businesses

Partners are matched to requests on their stated specialty, service area, and capacity. Each Partner is an independent business responsible for its own licensing, coverage, staffing, and compliance with the laws that apply to its work. Commercial Cleanrs does not verify, warrant, or make any representation about any Partner's qualifications, credentials, or coverage. Before service begins, ask your matched Partner directly for any documentation your facility requires.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current information in any form you submit, and submit information only about a business you are authorized to represent.
• Do not use the Site to send spam, scrape content, probe or disrupt the service, submit false requests, or impersonate any person or business.
• Do not use the Site if you are under 18.

5. Partner applications

Submitting a partner application does not create a partnership, agency, or joint venture, and does not guarantee acceptance into the network or any volume of requests. Partner program terms, including any fees, are set out in a separate written agreement between Commercial Cleanrs and the Partner.

6. Communications

By checking the consent box on a form you agree to be contacted about your request or application by phone, text message, and email as described in the Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text or emailing [email protected].

7. Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, design, logos, and graphics, is owned by Commercial Cleanrs or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own business use. Any other use requires our written permission. Partner names and marks belong to their owners.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and the matching service are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Commercial Cleanrs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any Partner will contact you within a given time, accept your request, perform to any standard, or that services will be available in your area. Statements on the Site about typical response times and results are general descriptions, not guarantees.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Commercial Cleanrs and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Site or the matching service or out of any services performed or not performed by a Partner. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Commercial Cleanrs from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Third-party sites and Partners

The Site may link to Partner websites and other third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

12. Changes

We may change these Terms or the Site at any time. Changes are effective when posted, and the effective date at the top will be updated. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and give us 30 days to try to resolve it.

14. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Commercial Cleanrs about the Site. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
